Original Art: All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
Art Print Policies
Exchange & Return Policy: All Art Print sales are final. Prints are made to order and therefore, we are not able to offer refunds or returns on these items. In some cases we do allow exchanges only for prints that are not framed, mounted or stretched (stretched canvases) within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for prints which are not damaged. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a print exchange. Buyer agrees to pay any difference in price, and will be charged a 5% restocking fee based on the total price of the original print(s) being exchanged.
Cancellation Policy: All Art Print sales are final. Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints may be printed within 3 hours of the purchase and there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. There will be a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 9 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Art that arrives damaged or is deemed lost in the mail will be replaced. No refunds will be given. "Lost in the mail" is determined by the ship service after a lost or missing mail form has been completed and the shipping service has determined that the package is lost. Stolen artwork or artwork shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the buyer is not the responsibility of Connie Collum Art, and will not be replaced.
